UPDATE – The power shutdown will not be on Saturday, 8/16.  There will still be a discussion meeting tomorrow at 8AM to determine when the shutdown can occur.

SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Affecting Multiple Buildings – Discussion Meeting 8/12 8AM

 

A power shutdown has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday, 8/16, from 7AM – 3PM that will affect Hunt Library, the College of Fine Arts (CFA), Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall (MMCH), the Hall of Arts (HOA), Posner Hall and Posner Center. The shutdown is necessary to perform maintenance on two medium voltage circuits.

 

ALL SIX BUILDINGS WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE OUTAGE.

 

A meeting has been set up to discuss details of this power shutdown on Tuesday, 8/12, at 8AM.  Please send an email to Shannon Wetzel at swetzel@andrew.cmu.edu if you would like to be invited to this meeting.
