SUBJECT: Changes to FMS Service Request System Coming in January


Facilities Management Services (FMS) will be updating the look and feel of our work order ticketing system in early January. The online system will be unavailable Jan. 6-8 while we implement these updates. During that time, all FMS service requests and questions must be submitted by email to fixit@andrew.cmu.edu or by phone to 412-268-2910

We anticipate that the updated system will be available again on Friday, Jan. 9, and will send a status update to this group at that time.

These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to improve usability and enhance user experience. While the core functionality of the system will remain the same, users will notice a refreshed interface and improved navigation. We will share more details once the new system is ready.
