SUBJECT: Clyde House Chimney Work

Contractors began mobilizing on Wednesday, January 7 to repair four chimneys located at the rear of Clyde House. Work will occur Monday through Friday between 9AM and 4:30PM and is expected to take up to 12 working days.

During this period, access to the parking area behind Clyde House may be intermittently restricted as lifts are used to reach the chimneys. A temporary dumpster will also be placed behind the building.

Workers operating in lifts/buckets may pass by rear-facing windows while accessing the chimneys.

For privacy and comfort, occupants are encouraged to keep blinds closed during working hours.
