UPDATE- PWSA needed to close a few other valves to get a positive shutdown.  This is now affecting additional locations – the 4500 block of Winthrop which is impacting 300 S. Craig St and UTDC at 4516 Henry. 

The Dithridge Street garage and SEI are fed from Fifth Ave and NOT impacted by this shutdown.

UPDATE – Icy conditions resulting from the water leak continue to be an issue near Winthrop Street. 

Please avoid travel by foot on Zebina Way as well as Winthrop Street between Zebina Way and S. Neville Street.

If possible, please use building entrances accessed from Henry Street.

If you must enter INI via the Winthrop Street entrance, please access Winthrop Street from Craig Street only.
