SUBJECT: Winter Weather Alert: Preparation and Snow Removal Plan
With temperatures dropping to -8°C (including windchill) tonight, please perform a walkthrough of your space to ensure all windows are securely closed. Double check that any exterior doors are latched and all loading dock doors are closed. This helps prevent frozen pipes and maintains building heat.
With significant amounts of snow expected this weekend, our FMS team is actively preparing equipment, materials, and staffing. Crews will be working long hours as conditions develop to keep primary areas as safe and passable as possible.
Snow events of this size take time to manage, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our initial focus is on main access points. Several inches may accumulate in an area before we make another round through to clear the snow. Additionally, some secondary areas and sidewalks may not be fully cleared until the storm subsides.
