Cooling tower #3 at Mellon Institute is currently out of service due to a control system issue. Two of the three cooling towers remain online and operational.

A controls contractor is actively working to diagnose and resolve the issue and restore cooling tower #3 to service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

During this time, occupants may experience warmer than normal temperatures in some areas of the building. Thank you for your patience and understanding while efforts are underway to restore full cooling capacity.
