SUBJECT: Cyert Hall HVAC Work 10/12 – 10/26
FMS will be replacing HVAC units 195B and 294D in Cyert Hall beginning Monday, October 12. Work is expected to continue through Monday, October 26.
During the project, heating, cooling, and ventilation will be temporarily offline in affected areas on the first and second floors. See the attached floor plan for highlighted impacted spaces.
Occupants should be aware of the following:
- Temperatures may fluctuate in affected rooms. Please plan accordingly.
- Keep exterior windows and hallway doors closed to help maintain building temperatures.
- Some construction noise and technician activity can be expected near mechanical rooms 195B and 294D.
