SUBJECT: 6555 Penn Ave – No HVAC on 10/27

Starting at 7:30AM next Tuesday, 10/27, FMS will be having a contractor removing the old HVAC units and setting the two new rooftop units at 6555 Penn Avenue.

The crane truck will be arriving around 6:30AM and will be there most of the day.  

There will be no HVAC (heat, cool or fan) during this time.  Weather is expected to be around 60 degrees that day.
