SUBJECT: FACILITY COORDINATORS JULY PREVENT MEETING 7/15/2013
The next Prevent Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 15 at 1:00 PM in the 2nd conference room of the Physical Plant Building. The purpose is so that facility coordinators may meet individually with all FMS supervisors and ISS to discuss current maintenance issues.
Please note the change in time due to schedule changes for FMS which will make this meeting limited to one hour and only to those who respond by e-mail. Include in your RSVP the particular item and/or work order number(s)to be discussed to Kyle Tomer at kt2n@andrew.cmu.edu.
