SUBJECT: Tepper Quad Project Construction Update: Utility Work in Neville Street begins 10/24

On 10/24, construction will begin on South Neville Street adjacent to the Tepper Quad Project construction site.  The work consists of connecting the new building to the existing utilities that are located in the street. 

The work will require intermittent lane closures.  Flaggers will be utilized to ensure pedestrian safety and maintain two way vehicular traffic in the remaining single open lane. 

The work will occur during the daylight shift and both lanes will be reopened at the end of each workday. 

It is anticipated that this intermittent restriction will last through November 2016.
