SUBJECT:  Physical Plant 162 Trench Drain Work 4/3 – 4/20

New trench drain and catch basin work will begin on 4/3 and run through 4/20 at the Physical Plant Building (FMS) in space 162 adjacent to the large garage door leading into the B level of Newell Simon Hall.

This work is to attempt to facilitate additional emergency drainage and to reduce ponding of flood waters in the space during heavy rain events.

The garage door pathway will remain open but may be closed during excavation phases of work.  Workers will move equipment as needed for deliveries.
