SUBJECT: Hamerschlag Hall Power Shutdown 10/7
There is a planned power outage scheduled for Hamerschlag Hall on Saturday, 10/7, from 6:00AM – 2:30PM. This outage is necessary while electrical work is being done for the Maker Wing Project.
Lighting and power outlets on each floor, HVAC for room B-131 and the main elevator will be affected during this outage.
Please check all critical equipment, including refrigerators in kitchenettes and anything running on a UPS or battery back-up power, and contact FMCS at fixit@andrew.cmu.edu or 8-2910 to request temporary power.
Due to the elevator being affected, the Equal Opportunities Office and the Office of Disability Resources will be taking the lead in identifying and supporting individuals needing alternate arrangements during this time.
