SUBJECT:  Water Shutdown at Shirley Apartments 12/21

PWSA will be changing a water meter at Shirley Apartments tomorrow morning, 12/21, sometime between 8:00AM and 12:00PM.  There will be a 2 hour disruption of water service during this replacement.
