SUBJECT: Nanofab Equipment Move 7/2

A large piece of equipment is scheduled to be moved from Hamerschlag Hall to Scott Hall on Monday, 7/2, between 10:30AM and 1:30PM.  The following disruptions are expected during this time:

–          There will be limited access to the Scott Hall loading dock in order to load the equipment.

–          The emergency vehicle path entrance to Hamerschlag Drive will be blocked.

–          The pedestrian path from Scaife Hall (starting at Hamerschlag Drive) to the C-level entrance of Hamerschlag Hall will be closed.  Pedestrian traffic will be rerouted through Roberts Hall and the Scott Hall Café.

–          Once the equipment is in Scott Hall, pedestrian traffic will be blocked for approximately 15 minutes between the C-level entrance of Hamerschlag Hall and the Scott Hall Café while the equipment is being moved through the area.

There will be signs posted and spotters present during this move to help direct traffic.
