SUBJECT: Frew Street Closure 12/1 5AM-5PM

A crane will be placed on Frew Street on Saturday, 12/1, from 5:00AM – 5:00PM in order to lift two air handling units onto the Porter Hall roof.  This work is a part of the new mechanical systems installation for Porter Hall and the Ansys Hall Project.

Frew Street will be closed to through traffic for the duration of this shutdown.  Due to the weight of the components being lifted into place, portions of Porter Hall will also be closed during this time.  Signs will be posted identifying the access restrictions. 

This lift is weather dependent, if it is deemed that the lift cannot take place on 12/1 a notice will be sent out.
