CIC UPDATE – There was a 5 minute power interruption to the CIC Building at 7:30AM this morning due to a Duquesne Light communication error. All power has been restored and we are not expecting any other interruptions to service..

Subject: REMINDER/ CIC UPDATE – Duquesne Light Feeder Maintenance 1/3 and 1/4
REMINDER – Duquesne Light will need to remove the Saline Feeder from service for maintenance starting tomorrow, 1/3, at 7:00PM until Friday, 1/4, at 3:00AM. The campus will not experience any disruption to power during these times.
UPDATE FOR CIC – The CIC Building will experience a short loss of power when the feeder is taken out of service at 7:00PM on 1/3 and also when it is placed back in service on 1/4 at 3:00AM. Any computer systems that are not on UPS should be powered down before this occurs.

Duquesne Light will need to remove the Saline Feeder from service for maintenance starting at 7:00PM on Thursday, 1/3, and until 3:00AM on Friday, 1/4 . The campus will not experience any disruption to power during these times.
Even though campus is not expected to lose power during this work, please save files on your computers and turn all non-essential equipment off before leaving for the holiday and Winter Break.
