SUBJECT: Below Freezing Temps- Please Check Your Spaces
Temperatures are expected to drop below zero and remain in the single digits Wednesday and Thursday. Please help FMS protect your spaces with the following three mandatory actions before leaving for the extended weekend:
- Check your department’s occupied and unoccupied areas for cold spots. Open doors where possible to allow warm air to circulate.
- Close and lock ALL windows.
- Turn thermostats ON and check for heat.
