SUBJECT: PWSA Domestic Water Shutdown at CIC and GATF Starting Tonight

PWSA will be shutting domestic water off to GATF and CIC tonight at 11:59PM until 6:00AM tomorrow, 3/28. This shutdown is necessary as a part of the TCS Project.
