UPDATE: Thank you to those that were able to attend the meeting regarding the power shutdown that will affect the Cohon University Center,  Resnik/West Wing and the East Campus Garage.  From the feedback we received at the meeting and our understanding of potential impacts to those on Campus, we are proposing a 4-hour shutdown that will occur starting at 11:59PM on 1/6 until 4:00AM on 1/7.

SUBJECT:  Power Shutdown Discussion Meeting 12/16 1PM

A power shutdown is tentatively scheduled for late on 1/6 into 1/7 that will last for around 4 hours.  The buildings affected by this shutdown are the Cohon University Center, Resnik/West Wing and the East Campus Garage.  This shutdown is necessary as a part of the Posner Hall construction. 

There will be a meeting on Monday, 12/16, at 1:00PM in the FMCS 2^nd Floor Conference Room to discuss details of this shutdown.  The intent of the meeting is to solicit input on the potential impacts to critical equipment that would be affected and determine if these dates minimize the most negative effects.
