SUBJECT: Fifth Neville Apartments – Duquesne Light Transformer Installation 4/27

Duquesne Light will be installing a transformer at the Fifth Neville Apartments this morning.  This work will impact the sidewalk access and a traffic lane on Fifth Avenue during this work.
