SUBJECT: Mellon Institute Fire Alarm System Testing 2/18 7AM

The Mellon Institute fire alarm system will be briefly tested on Thursday, 2/18, from 7AM – 7:15AM.  Only one power supply, located in room MI-533, will be activated.  This power supply only serves a limited area. 

The alarm speakers and strobes will be activated briefly during this test, however, you will not be required to evacuate the building.  Occupants are cautioned to respond to sounding fire alarms at all other times by immediately evacuating the building.
