SUBJECT: Low Water Pressure near 5th Avenue and Neville St

PWSA has a water line break on North Neville St.  As a result we are seeing low water pressure at the Residence on Fifth Apartments.  Although we have no other reports of low pressure, this break has the potential to result in low pressure in other buildings in the immediate vicinity of the break.  We also have not observed any flooding from this water line break.  PWSA currently estimates that repairs will be complete by 3:00 PM tomorrow.  Although we have not been advised of a complete disruption to service, the possibility exists that PWSA may need to valve off sections of water line to complete this repair. This may further affect service in that area.
