SUBJECT: CIC HVAC issues- 7/25/22
The CIC is experiencing a failure of one of the two roof-top AC units which serve the entire building. The other unit is operational, but does not have the capacity to keep the building cool on its own. FMS is making necessary repairs and will send an update when we have an estimate of when the repairs will be completed, most likely the rest of the day.
