SUBJECT: Heavy Rain – Help Protect Your Spaces

Continuous and heavy rain is forecasted for Friday, 11/11, as a result of Tropical Storm Nicole. 

With continuous rain forecasted, areas of campus prone to water infiltration may experience flooding. 

Please take actions before you depart today and Thursday to protect your space and belongings.  All departments should close windows before leaving your space.  Departments with areas that typically flood from heavy rain or sewer backup should relocate or otherwise protect equipment before leaving.

FMS is preparing for this weather and will be ready to respond as needed.  Please contact 412.268.2910 for any facilities related needs.
