SUBJECT: Freezing Temps – Help Protect Your Spaces

We will continue having freezing temperatures throughout this week and into the weekend.  Please help FMCS protect your spaces with the following three mandatory actions:

1.      Check your department’s occupied and unoccupied areas for cold spots. Open doors where possible to allow warm air to circulate.

2.      Close and lock ALL windows.

3.      Turn the thermostats ON and check for heat.

Many freezing incidents that happen during a drop in temperature are preventable.  Thank you for your assistance in keeping these areas safe.
