SUBJECT: Underground Condensate Line Repair Near Purnell Main Entrance

Crews will begin excavation and repairs to a leaking underground condensate return line near the main entrance area of Purnell starting on Tuesday, 6/6.  This work is weather dependent and expected to go through until at least 6/20.

The half circle concrete bench in this area will be removed temporarily for this work.

There will be some noise related to this work due to possible concrete removal and restoration.  This will depend on the discovered leak location.

The entrance to Purnell will not be impacted nor will the egress along the East/West Walkway. There may be a restriction along the concrete sidewalk towards Doherty Hall over the course of the work.
