SUBJECT: Main Campus Steam Shutdown – DISCUSSION MEETING 8/11 9AM

 

Steam service to the main campus buildings will be shut down for 48 hours starting at 12PM (noon) on 8/15 until 12PM (noon) on 8/17 to install connections to the Highmark Center and Scaife Hall. 

 

HVAC mechanics will adjust building temperature controls accordingly to maintain acceptable conditions.  Most academic buildings will not have domestic hot water, however the CUC and Tepper will not be affected. 

 

There will be a ZOOM meeting tomorrow, 8/11, at 9AM to discuss the details of this shutdown. Please send an email to Shannon Wetzel at swetzel@andrew.cmu.edu if you would like to be invited to this meeting.
