SUBJECT: FMS Building Power Outage 1/17 6AM

FMS personnel will transfer electric service for the FMS chiller plant to the Tepper Quad substation tomorrow, 1/17, at 6AM.  No power or chilled water interruptions should occur in Tepper, but the FMS building, specifically the basement areas, will see a short, approximately 20-minute, outage. It is not likely that the entire FMS building will lose power.
