Facilities Management Services (FMS) has successfully updated our online work order ticketing system! Please use and bookmark the following updated URL for all new FMS service requests going forward (academic, administrative, housing and campus services): https://maximo.andrew.cmu.edu.

The status of existing service requests can still be found using the previous URL: https://fms-apps.as.cmu.edu/workorder/workorder?formname=wo-status

The login experience may be different than what you're used to.  Please see the attached instruction sheet if you have any questions.

These system updates are part of our ongoing efforts to improve usability and enhance user experience. The updated system has a refreshed interface and improved navigation – view sample screenshot below.
