Their intention is to isolate the middle of the block and interrupt service only to INI and 4625 Winthrop. 

PWSA has made repairs to the backup water lines to 300 S. Craig and UTDC which should provide full service to those buildings during the shutdown. We will verify when they begin work, and post updates as we learn more.
