SUBJECT: S. Neville to Open 3/9
Duquesne Light Company has completed their underground work on S. Neville and the road is to be opened for traffic on Monday, 3/9.
There will continue to be intermittent single lane restrictions for the RKM project while concrete is brought into the lower portion of the site. There will be traffic control operators (flaggers) during the single lane restrictions. The lane restrictions are required for safe traffic in/out of the site and for staging of concrete trucks.
These intermittent single lane restrictions will continue for the next 28 days. As we move forward, we’ll assess whether more 28-day windows are necessary.
