Roof flashing repairs will be performed at Tepper on Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15, to address minor water intrusion that occurs during heavy rains. This should be competed in two days, weather permitting.

This work will require the use of a large lift to access the affected roof areas and will take place in the following locations:

• Atrium Glass Roof: A high lift will be used to access the roof area above the second-floor main entrance.
• Fourth-Floor Roof Section: Minor sealing work will take place on the front corner of the building.

We anticipate minimal disruption to building access during this work. The affected areas will be cordoned off with caution tape and appropriate safety measures will be in place to protect pedestrians.

For reference, both work locations are identified in the attached image. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these necessary repairs are completed.
