SUBJECT: Hamburg Hall Main Water Piping Reconfiguration Discussion Meeting, 8/20 |12 PM

Facilities Management Services will hold a meeting on Thursday, 8/20 at 12 PM to discuss and plan the upcoming plumbing work in Hamburg Hall, which will require an overnight water shutdown and temporary building closure. 

The meeting goal is to review the proposed timeline, identify any concerns or operational impacts, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on next steps and communication before the work is scheduled within the next few weeks to minimize disruption.
