SUBJECT: Water is Off at all MI Drinking Fountains 9/18 + 9/19
The water has been turned off at all Mellon Institute drinking fountains so that FMS craftsmen may repair the filter system. They expect the system to be down Thursday and Friday, September 18 and 19.

SUBJECT: Water Off and Restrooms Closed in MMCH 9/21/14 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall has been added to the list of buildings that will be without water on Sunday 9/21 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 pm because of the PWSA water outage.

Tomorrow, Sunday, Sept. 21, the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority will be repairing a major 20-inch water main break near the Pittsburgh campus that will cause a disruption to water service between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. for many CMU residence halls.
At this time it is believed that the affected buildings will be:
Woodlawn;
Roselawn;
Margaret Morrison Apartments;
Spirit House;
Hamerschlag;
McGill;
Boss;
Henderson;
Welch;
Scobell;
Donner House;
Skibo Gym;
Doherty Apartments;
The Greek Quad;
Stever House; and
Mudge House.
Please note that restrooms should not be used in the above buildings and that additional facilities may be affected.
Students living in the above facilities are encouraged to reserve some drinking water before the service interruption.
Drinking water and restroom facilities will be available in other buildings on campus.
Students living in the affected buildings will receive another communication once water service has been restored.
