Four major concrete placements for the Scott Hall cleanroom foundation system. One concrete pump truck is required for this work.  The pump truck will be located in the courtyard adjacent to Wean Hall.  We anticipate the pumping and placement of the 180 cubic yards of concrete will take approximately 6-7 hours with no unforeseen issues.  Finishing crews will continue working until the afternoon.

To minimize the impact to the university a major placement of concrete (180 cubic yard or 18-20 truckloads) has been scheduled to begin at 4:00AM Friday October 31, 2014 and end at NOON Friday morning October 31, 2014.

The entrance to Hamerschlag Hall, Roberts Hall, Porter Hall and Scaife Hall from Frew Street will be very congested during these times. Access to and from the handicap parking spaces will be maintained.

Due to the anticipated weather Friday evening a second shift will remain on site to protect the concrete until early Saturday morning.
