SUBJECT: Baker HALL 359 Mechanical Room – Floor coating and curb work 9/28 – 10/2
Flooring work is currently scheduled to occur in the mechanical room at Baker Hall, Room 359, from Monday 9/28 through Friday 10/2. All work will be performed between the hours of 4:00PM and 1:00AM, as there will be some noise and a slight odor related to this work.
This work includes installing new metal curbing in the room and on the equipment pad, as well as grinding the existing floor and installing a wearcoat polymer coating to waterproof the mechanical room.
Please note the Contractor will be using a powder actuated fastening system for the new metal curbing on Monday evening.
