SUBJECT: Fencing Near Cut and Mall

As part of the ongoing utility tunnel repair project, contractors have fenced off a 12'x24' area between footpaths where the Cut and the Mall meet (shown in red on the attached image). This fencing is not planned to obstruct sidewalks or pedestrian traffic and will remain in place throughout the expected duration of structural tunnel work in May 2025.

Please note, this fencing will be demobilized and removed for both Carnival and Commencement.
