Early yesterday morning, unexpected technical issues were encountered with the main campus chilled water loop system. This disruption lasted through the afternoon, significantly impacting our ability to regulate building temperatures and causing uncomfortable conditions across campus while our teams worked to resolve the issue.  This situation occurred outside the pre-planned energy reduction exercise and prevented us from properly pre-cooling some spaces as intended.  

The chilled water loop system is back online, and control has been fully restored. Building temperatures should now be back to normal operating levels.
