SUBJECT: Tepper Water Shutdown 8/13 (9PM) – 8/14 (6AM)

There will be a main domestic water shutdown in Tepper starting Thursday, August 13 at 9PM through Friday, August 14 at 6AM. This shutdown is required to replace a leaking valve located in the sidewalk on Forbes Avenue to prevent an emergency failure down the line.

Key Impacts:

• Water Service & Restrooms: Main water service will be completely off throughout the building, and all bathroom facilities will be offline.
• Building Status: The building will be closed to all occupants during the shutdown window for safety and compliance.
