SUBJECT: Tepper Power Blip and Chiller Status
Tepper experienced a brief power interruption at approximately 12:30PM today. Electrical service was restored within a few minutes.
The Tepper chiller appears to have shut down and remains offline. FMS crews are assessing the equipment, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
Utility power disturbances can cause breakers to trip, momentary voltage sags, phase imbalances, or power spikes that may impact sensitive electrical components. Please verify that critical equipment and operating systems are online and functioning as expected.
FMS staff are available for on-site support to assist with anything that cannot be reviewed remotely. Please contact Tom Smith, FMS Zone Supervisor, at 412‑390‑9169 if assistance is needed.

UPDATE – The chiller at Tepper is now running and the building is back to normal operation.
